Bottlegreen Cocktails: Elderflower Bellini

Bottle Green produce an array of award-winning cordials that can be used to make great cocktails.
With a twist on the traditional Bellini, try this Elderflower Bellini:
Ingredients:
15ml bottlegreen elderflower cordial
50ml Apple Juice
Top with Champagne or Prosecco
1 strawberry 2 fresh mint leaves
Method:
Pour the juice and cordial into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass.
Top up with the Champagne or Prosecco
Garnish with a strawberry & mint leaves
Glass of Bubbly
