Prosecco Punch Cocktail

Prosecco Punch Cocktail

Punch, a much-loved drink, a good Punch should give you a smooth and easy drinking experience, it’s always best enjoyed when you put your little spin on it, the drink originally included alcohol, lemon, sugar, water, tea and spices, nowadays the most common ingredients are fruit and alcohol.

Did you know there is even a day set in the calendar to enjoy Punch, I’m serious, I’m not joking, National Rum Punch Day, you can celebrate it this year on the 20th of September.

By the titles, I’m guessing you know this, but I’m going to be using a Prosecco in my version of the punch, a Prosecco from Le Rughe.

Sparkling Wine – Le Rughe

Le Rughe, a Prosecco brand that thanks to Gaetano in the 1960s, currently have 8 different prosecco’s to choose from, they produce 300,000 bottles in a year, with 30 hectares of estate-owned vineyards and 25 shops to help share their Prosecco’s with the wonderful people of Italy and the world.

Le Rughe – Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Tasting Notes

Aroma – “Candy pear and green fruit sweets on the aroma.”

Flavour – “Creamy and fruity, with pear and green apple flavours.”

This Prosecco Won A Silver Medal in the Light & Fruity Category at The World’s Finest Glass of Bubbly Awards 2020.

The Prosecco Punch Cocktail

The fruits that go into your Prosecco Punch and the Prosecco you use will change the Cocktail to hopefully your preferred flavour, choose whatever fruits you love most, but I do recommend using this Prosecco.
