For the honour of their ancestors, Nadège & James RICHARD-FLINIAUX (Mother and Son) continues this day to elaborate their champagne from their vineyards of Aÿ Grand-Cru in the purest ancestral tradition. The hillsides of Aÿ-Champagne are historical and classified in the UNESCO World heritage since 2015.
