Elderflower Sparkling Wine Cocktails
1st July 2020
As you are here, I’m guessing you enjoy drinking Elderflower flavoured Cocktails, if that is the case then you are in for a treat, because these Cocktails I am making are going to involve Elderflower Sparkling Wine.
Elderflower Sparkling Wine
To help us create our Elderflower Cocktails, we have two of Renegade & Longton’s Elderflower Sparkling Wines.
Brendan and his brother used a family recipe to create their first batch of their Elderflower Sparkling Wine, they now have 20,000 bottles fresh out of production and ready to be enjoyed.
They keep the sourcing of their Elderflowers a closely guarded secret, but they do say, that they harvest in early June, they also need some fruit for their Blush (Rosé) Version, for this, they work with a UK supplier and keep their fruit frozen until the time they make their wine.
Pure Elderflower Sparkling Wine Tasting Notes
Aroma – “Floral driven, with rose petals and violet aromas.”
Flavours – “Similar to the aroma, floral driven, like tasting a handful of rose petals.”
Elderflower Blush Sparkling Wine Tasting Notes

Manchester Drinks
Manchester Drinks Company has launched a new summer-inspired gin liqueur, now available exclusively in Home Bargains stores for only £8.
The Strawberries & Cream Gin Liqueur marries together sweet strawberries and smooth cream to produce a classically British summer tipple.
Tasting Notes – “As always, it tastes exactly like what you would expect, sweet creamy strawberry flavours.”
Didsbury Gin

Created by Liam Manton and Mark Smallwood, Didsbury Gin is a Manchester-based craft Gin, the company received an investment of £75,000 from Dragons’ Den, which helped them create the craft Gin we see today, I have here their Original Gin, they also offer different flavours, including Raspberry & Elderflower which you can find available on their website.
