Citra was founded in 1973 and has 6,000 hectares of vineyards, that grow four different Sparkling Wines, including the one I’ve chosen to include in this Tropical Cocktail.

How To Make A Tropical Cocktail
Ingredients
- Sparkling Wine
- Watermelon
- Pineapple
- Mango
- Tropical Juice
How To Make A Tropical Cocktail
- Cut the fruit and place into a blender, I used 2 parts watermelon, 1 part pineapple and 1 part mango.
- Pour in some tropical or pineapple juice and blend.
- Pour into a glass and top up with Sparkling Wine.
- Garnish with a slice of watermelon, pineapple and mango.
- Serve and enjoy.

Aroma – “Watermelon, pineapple with a hint of mango.”
Taste – “You get a tingling tropical fruit sensation initially, then smoothie characters with a nice kick of fizzy citrus at the end.”
