Created from the finest handpicked fruit – sourced from specially selected vineyards located on the chalky Downs in Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset – it is attentively assembled by Digby’s master blenders. A harmonious unity of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the grapes have been aged on their lees for approximately three years, adding extra toasty complexity and creamy texture to the wine.
