Have you ever tasted JOIEL?
15th March 2015
Joiel, Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, is a dry sparkling wine, with refined floral and fruity aromas and a fine and persistent perlage.
It’s a masterpiece for the table, is made from the finest grapes processed using traditional methods.
HARVESTED EXCLUSIVELY BY HAND
With some parts being inaccessible and hard to reach with industrial machinery, JOIEL grapes are harvested exclusively by hand using traditional methods.
The unique taste of JOIEL is given by a special cuvée composed of three Prosecco grape varieties: Glera (90%), Bianchetta (5%) and Perera (5%).
The aroma is unique and exceptional and provided by the noble terrains of the Valdobbiadene Conegliano DOCG area.
FOOD PAIRING
JOIEL is ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with any type of fish dish, cheese and white meat or, in its extradry vesion, is excellent with some dessert.
A LABEL THAT EVOKES DIFFERENT MEANINGS AND EMOTIONS
The Joiel label plays on Rorschach with the many interpretations it may offer, because good wine, like art, evokes different meanings and emotions depending on your mood.
Joiel is an ultra premium brand of Allegra Italia, a Prosecco production and distribution company.
It is created for a highly exclusive distribution and aimed to consumers who share the same passion for quality and style.
