Lidl Expanding Prosecco Range

Supermarket Lidl is preparing to add a new Prosecco Treviso Frizzante to it’s shelves in the very near future.

Later in the year, they will also be adding a more premium option to their current Prosecco DOC, which will be the Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG. Lidl hopes this will be a great opportunity for Prosecco-loving customers to be given the option to try something at a different price and quality.

Prosecco is a top seller in the UK, so it makes sense that supermarkets are hoping to make the most of this popular Italian fizz.

Other sparkling wine Lidl currently offers are Reisling (Germany), Crémant d’Alsace, Rosé Champagne, Moscato, Cava and Clairette de Die.
