This Côté Mas Gewurztraminer sparkling wine from the south of France is elaborated following the Charmat method.
Colour: Pale yellow in colour. Delicate with dancing and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Intense and refined, honey and acacia aromas with hints of subtle crystallized citrus fruits.
Palate: Wonderful harmony with a very good balance of sugar and acidity.
Food pairing: It is delicious as an apéritif and pairs perfectly with fish.
