Meditate With A Meditation Sparkling Wine

Do you ever feel like you need to take a moment out of your day and just find some peace of mind, to meditate, to clear all the negative energy you’re holding, well if you’re in that mindset right now, then here are a few ways you can do it.

Zen Meditation

This Meditation is rooted in Buddhist psychology, the aim is to regulate your attention, focusing inwards, to be able to pick and choose what thoughts come into your mind, which to focus on and which to cast aside, normally when trying to achieve this goal you would sit in the lotus position which is sitting on the floor, having your legs crossed, your arms down by or resting on your knees and your index finger and thumb touching. You can search deeper into Zen Meditation here if you want to give it a try.

Kundalini Yoga

This form of meditation utilises a combination of deep breathing and physical movements, so if you struggle with sitting still for too long, then this might be more helpful, it also uses mantras which is a numinous sound that is played to help get you into a relaxed state, you normally take a class for this kind of Yoga, but you can learn to do it from videos on YouTube.

Transcendental Meditation

This Meditation focuses on the spiritual side of things, being able to rise above your current state of being, to separate your inner conscious and mind from your body. This is meant to help you see things from an unbiased point of view, to help issues become clearer, find solutions to problems that seem unsolvable and let in a feeling of inner peace. During meditation, you’re meant to focus on a mantra or repeated word or series of words. You can find out more about Transcendental Meditation if it interests you.

The Missing Ingredient

Now that we’ve spoken a little about Meditation, I think it’s time we take it one step further and Meditate with a Glass of Meditation Sparkling Wine, this bottle of Maria Brut 2015 won a Gold Medal in the Meditation Category at the Glass of Bubbly Awards 2020.

Meditation

This wine will express itself more and more the longer it is opened and the longer it stays in your glass. Ideal for those special relaxing times.
