Get Ready For Summer With A Big Sparkling Wine Cocktail
1st May 2020
Sometimes all you need is a Big Glass and a Bottle of Bubbly.
Whether you are going to be spending your summer holiday aboard, on the beach, somewhere in your country or at home, you are always going to want a big bottomless glass filled with a refreshing cocktail in your hand at all times.
This cocktail I’m going to show you how to make will be berry, berry good…. yes I made that joke.
The Sparkling Wine – Foss Marai Roos Brut
Foss Marai Roos Brut is available to buy from Mondial Wines, who specialise in premium Italian Sparkling Wines.
Founded in 1986 Foss Marai started out in old rural buildings made only of wood, stones and bricks, the company was founded by two people, Carlo Biasiotto, of Adriana Moretti, soon to married, these two people had a love for the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, so they decided to make their own Sparkling Wine, and with help from their entrepreneurial children, Andrea, Cristiana and Umberto, Foss Marai has grown into the company it is today. It is available in the UK from Mondial Wine.
Tasting Notes
Aroma – “A lovely red berry aroma with a hint of green apples.”
Taste – ” Dryer experience, with strawberry flavours.”
This Italian Sparkling Wine won a Silver Medal in Forget Me Not Category at The World’s Finest Glass of Bubbly Awards 2019.
